But still, today I was grumpy, and the statistical analysis of my general grumpitude didn't make me feel too much better.
But some QT with a new mag helped.
As did some tension release in the gym.
Hopefully I can make these little endorphins last!

And snuggling my puppy. I'm sure MB works for this if she's in a snuggling mood.
MB is too busy to snuggle these days, sadly. Ingle is an ok substitute, I guess. He never gets tired of snuggling.
