Today Lee and I have been married for FIVE WHOLE YEARS. We celebrated a little earlier this month with new lamps for the entry way. I know, it's totally romantic, right? But we loved them. One of the things that we love most about them is that they don't exactly match. One is a little bluer (my lamp) and one is a little greener (Lee's lamp), and they have different designs. But they
go, as they say.
Here's another example of that same concept:
Somehow I didn't catch on that you had a blog too! Yay! I will comment on all of the posts I just read in one fell swoop:
ReplyDelete1) Josh and I celebrate 5 yrs in November..I have been saying all year that we have been married 5 yrs because I have been so excited that I jumped the gun. Now that we are almost at the actual date I have NO idea what we will do to celebrate. Go figure.
2) Don't be ashamed that you cried reading NieNie. There is one post of a photo taken of her face before the accident and I think she says she found it and started crying...well I was BALLING. I can't imagine.
3) Toile that is straight from Provence has to be THE BEST THING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I squeeled at the sight of it. You are a lucky gal.
4) I do not, sadly, own a fleece vest thingy.
Well, I just started it on...Monday. So, you haven't missed much.
ReplyDeleteYou're too cute for a fleece vest anyway. You can skip it!
Happy Anniversary! Love you guys and the lamps!
ReplyDeleteLast night:
ReplyDeleteSuz: "Let's take an anniversary picture for the blog!"
Lee, watching NFL game: "Okay"

Suz: "That one was terrible. Could you please try to look excited that we've been married 5 years?!"

I love you (and miss you and and love reading your blog, and can't believe that you pointed me to that incredibly SAD yet beautiful blog about the burned woman- lordy-day!). Happy Anniversary.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary! I assume that you picked those lamps yourself, since you actually like them. You are so not lamp poor! Congrats to you and Lee!
